We are seeking a proven marketing manager with substantial experience to be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive regional marketing plan in support of the company?s strategic agenda and regional business plan.

Main Accountabilities:

- Aligns regional and local marketing strategies to enable consistency and continuity in global brand position and message.
- Oversees regional marketing communications resources, infrastructure and processes.
- Manages the performance of the regional marketing communications management team.
- Prepares the annual marketing budget consistent with and relevant to the regional marketing plan
- Manages the creation and distribution of promotional materials, brand templates, and ad copy;
- Develops communications content for a variety of media to include the company?s proprietary Web sites, intranet, newsletters, and printed collateral;
- Drafts speeches, press releases, and all internal organizational announcements;
- Coordinates the annual regional Conference & Event sponsorship and participation plan;
- Ensures creative design, visual elements, and all brand attributes are in keeping with corporate brand guidelines;
- Collaborates with various units within the broader organization to ensure strategic and organizational alignment;
- Accountable to a pre-determined set of performance objectives

Position Requirements
- Substantial practical marketing communications experience with a large multi-national organization
- Technical expertise in all facets of operational brand management, internal / external communications
- Working knowledge of the travel industry and travel product distribution
- Proven management experience
