I started my new personal fitness training program 30 days ago and now?????..
? I am easily getting into a 30? pair of jeans; I used to wear 34?.
? I have bigger leaner chest, back and shoulder muscles that fills out my favourite t-shirt that also reveals my toned triceps and obvious bicep peaks.
? I can see my abs again for the first time in such a long time, I can?t even remember the last time I looked this good if ever.
? My skin is the clearest is has ever been and I feel fantastic, my energy has skyrocketed.
? As I walk down Deansgate in Manchester city centre, my head is raised higher than ever before as my confidence is at an all-time high.
? I got a promotion at work in Manchester, the promotion I have wanted for so long, because my concentration has increased and this has influenced my productivity. The amount I can get done in the same time is so dramatic it?s unbelievable.
? I have been meaning to get back to playing my chosen sport of cricket for so long, but my increased weight had been stopping me, after ditching the fat this month, I have got back to playing cricket and I am so happy.
? I feel so strong that in an emergency situation I could stick up for myself fully or help others in need, I feel powerful, like James Bond (I could kill a man with my bare hands)
